Guidance and Support Programme for Safety Professionals on Chief Executives and Board of Directors’ WSH Responsibilities

This program is designed to equip safety professionals, managers, and engineers with the knowledge and tools to support Chief Executives and Board of Directors in meeting their 17 Specific Measures under the Code of Practice for Chief Executives and Board of Directors, effective from October 2022. Through interactive sessions and guided discussions, participants will gain a clear understanding of their advisory role in helping senior leaders fulfill their legal and ethical obligations. The program focuses on managing workplace risks, strengthening safety governance, and building a culture of accountability and compliance across all levels of the organization. By the end of this course, participants will be able to provide effective guidance to executives and boards, implement due diligence frameworks, and lead safety and health excellence within their organizations. This program can also be conducted onsite to brief top management on their legal responsibilities and due diligence requirements.
